Sav-On has been in business since 1986.  We are a wholesale company located in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and sell world-wide to all sorts of stores, businesses and individuals who wish to purchase from us.  We have no membership fees and no minimum dollar purchase is required.

No catalog is available.

Our merchandise changes constantly, we add 20 - 30 new items each week and sell out of approximately 10-20 items each week.

Drop Shipping:

Can I drop ship?
Yes, you can. There is no minimum or charge for this service.  For more information on Drop Shipping, Click Here.

Shipping:

Most orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 48 hours and may take anywhere from 2 to 10 days, from the time it is shipped, for you to receive your order.
An email notice with your tracking number will be sent when your order ships.

Actual shipping charges may vary depending on size, weight and location.

Minimum shipping charge -- $7.50.
   For orders $50.00 - $100.00  --  $10.00
For orders over $100.00 --  10% - 15% depending on state.

Please note: You will be contacted if the actual shipping charge is greater than quoted at check-out.

Why are my shipping charges different than what is shown on my check out page?
Your shipping charges are estimated and may vary from that shown.  If that is the case then we will call you first and let you know before shipping your order.  If we can't reach you by phone, then we will e-mail you and let you know before shipping your order.

Can you ship to a country other than the USA?
Yes, we do ship to other countries other than the USA, shipping costs can run 35% to 50% or more of the total order
. We will contact you with the exact charges if you are ordering from outside the USA.

Is your site SECURE?

Yes, it is secure for using credit cards.  You can tell if a page is secure by looking  for the closed padlock icon in the bottom tray of your window.

COD

What is COD?
COD is Cash on Delivery where you pay for your merchandise at the time of the delivery.

Are there any Disadvantages for using COD?

  • You or someone authorized must be available when the delivery is made so that payment and an authorized signature can be given.  Only 3 attempts are made and if the delivery can't be made, then the merchandise is returned back to us.

  • Your total shipping costs will be higher, there is a $7.00 cod tag fee for each box in your shipment, so if your order requires 5 boxes to be shipped, your COD tag charges would be $35.00 plus you still have to pay for shipping.

  • We can't ship your order until we reach you to confirm the costs involved and whether any one will be available for the delivery and payment, COD orders will not be shipped until we are able to contact you.

What methods can I use to pay for COD shipments?
You must pay with a certified check or money order made out to Sav-On. UPS and Fedex will not accept cash any longer.

Please wait to hear from us BEFORE purchasing your money order so we can let you know the exact total for your COD order due to the fact that shipping costs may vary or an item could be sold out.

When will my order be delivered?

Please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your order

Return Policy:

After you receive an order you have 7 days to look it over. If you are not satisfied with your order please contact us before making any returns. If an item is returned you will need to send it back in same new condition as it was sent to you, products should be un-opened and un-used. Returns must be insured and shipped at your cost. We strongly suggest that you ship returns via UPS or Fedex as they provide a tracking for your return. Claims for orders damaged in shipment must be filed with the carrier.

SRP:

  • The SRP in the description stands for Suggested Retail Price and that is what is the manufacturer's suggested price when sold at retail.

We use the highest level of encryption available (128-bit). Some browsers do not support this level and may require an update. We have included links for IE and Netscape.
